When I decided to begin taking first my run The meetings more seriously 3 years ago a natural question came to my spirit: which type of ecquipment shoud I use? It did not seem a task intimidating for a novice: It you shirt, the shorts and a pair of current shoes. Stop. The decision as for the shoe type can be a truly raw one me of headache.

My Conclusion
